The place was super clean! The carpet on the stairway is worn. The fridge and stove top worked great. We didn't use the other appliances. The furniture is an eclectic mix. The living area would really benefit from a floor lamp, instead of only the overhead fluorescent lighting. Several houses on the street were seriously rundown, which was a bit of a concern, but beyond the control of COle and Bria. We did hear a significant amount of noise from above. It is a basement apartment and there are children; just something to keep in mind. My wife brought ear plugs, and they were sufficient. Overall it's a great value. The SLC area seems to have very little in the way of reasonably priced accommodations, so they are certainly meeting a real need!

Cole and Bria's place was perfect for my needs! The kitchen was stocked well with dishes, utensils and appliances I use in my own home; including a Keurig and k cups. There was plenty of pantry space to store food and drink for my 6 night stay. The refrigerator was empty and clean also. The washing machine and dryer were a big plus and they also supplied detergent and dryer sheets which was a nice touch. I had planned on buying some but was pleasantly surprised to see it was available. The beds were comfy and the sheets were nice. There was a ton of closet space. The carpet was plush, not thin. The bathroom was clean and the shower was fully stocked with facewash, bodywash, shampoo, conditioner and washcloths. There were 2 good quality bath towels supplied for each person staying plus one extra in the bathroom. Cole and Bria were very responsive and quick with responses. They were very friendly. They were also very accommodating. I will stay again when I am in the area.

Bria and Cole were wonderful hosts during our extended stay. Responsive, clean home, fully stocked kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms. Be aware that you will be staying in their basement apartment and they have 3 young kiddos, so you will definitely hear them during your stay. Overall a good and affordable place to stay close to SLC!
