We had a amazing stay at this lovely home in Point Arena! The view was stunning from most of the living spaces. I enjoyed my tea with waves and sunrise. There is a steep drop off in backyard but we never felt unsafe. Kitchen was well stocked with just about anything you might need. The beds were so comfortable - thank you! It makes all difference when you get a good nights rest on vacation. Evolve and Megan were very responsive.

We had a wonderful stay. Property is at an amazing location on pacific coast highway. We thoroughly enjoyed out stay. Apart from some minor plumbing issue everything else was great! I highly recommend this place.

The home and the setting could not be better. Superb oceanfront location, comfy home offering both welcoming communal spaces and quiet private spaces. Our family of four adults spent a memorable Thanksgiving here, lucky as can be with brilliant sunshine all day, virtually no wind, and the moon gleaming across the waves at night. We arrived after dark, but the home was so welcoming--lights on, a gift of wine and snacks, wood for the fireplace. We want to return!

The most beautiful location. The view was mesmerizing. It would have been a solid 5 star if not for the little things: burnt out light bulbs outside, in living room, and master bath.. Deck needs minor repair, deck was full of pine needles which we swept up, later we found water leaking under the glass of the master shower. Like I said these were minor things that could easily be taken care of and would have made it a 5 star stay. All commented on the friendliness of everyone we met. Enjoyed, Asian food at Gama beautiful decor, fabulous service and food. Lunch and breakfast at Rollerville Cafe home cooking and friendly service (be hungry). Pier Place for oysters, fish and chips, and clam chowder, very good and friendly, their new help them out. We all love to cook and ate and prepared most meals at the location. Very well stocked for in location cooking. Beautiful table to enjoy food and friends. There is no BBQ so I brought a propane BBQ to enjoy outside. Will go back
