Had the best stay at PMI Austin Metro. The house was perfect for a bachlorette party. It was very clean and exactly as pictured, had everything you could need, and the host was super nice, easy to communicate with and responded very quickly when we reached out to them. Hot tub and pool were exactly what we needed after a night out (they ask that you're mindful of the neighbors and your noise level after a certain hour which makes sense since it's a family friendly neighborhood). The house itself was a short Uber ride to all the hot spots and even Lake Travis was easy to get to from there. 10/10 would recommend! Definitely plan on staying here again if and when we come back! Don't hesitate, BOOK IT!

Great experience at this house- we had a group of 10 and all fit comfortably. There are 4 separate bedrooms and a closable living room that also has a queen bed in it. The house was clean and well-kept. The kitchen is great for gathering and hanging out. It had all the essential appliances/table settings you would need. The outside area is pretty big with pool and hot tub. There is a fun pool house area as well. The PMI team was very responsive and helpful. We had to reach out once- they replied within minutes. The house location is in a residential area about 15-20 minutes from the main areas of Austin- ubers were super easy to get. The one thing (which is fully disclosed) is the train that runs fairly frequently throughout the day in the backyard- it wasn't a big deal to us. Each room also had a sound machine in it at night- We did not hear the train from inside at night.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb. It was super spacious with lots of bedrooms and space. Plus a great fire pit and hot tub. The train tracks were closer than we thought but ultimately the noise didn’t bother us. Would definitely stay again!
