Vicki was fantastic. The rental team at VRSB was exactly the way a rental opera should be run. If I needed anything, response time was less then 5 . I personally choose to do my own thing,, so usually concierge isn’t a necessity, but regardless, they were on it. The unit was perfect. Far exceeded my expectations. I could not have had a better stay. Thank you! Pete
We had a fantastic stay at this property! Everything was exactly as described, with great attention to detail. I would definitely return for another stay in the future.
Chose this cute house for a birthday celebration. The communication was wonderful and the app they use is so useful. The house is not convenient to get to whatsoever and made it very difficult to get suitcases to the house. Once we got into the house it was clear the bathrooms had not been cleaned and the kitchen had minimally been cleaned. There were about 40 dead fruit flies in the one bathtub and the kitchen counter and handles were sticky. The view is incredible and it was so nice to be able to be on the ocean but the beach is extremely rocky and not easy to walk on. However, it is only about a 5 minute walk to Miramar rosewood. Prior to checking out, we were asked that we text to let them know we have left the house. At 9:30 there were already cleaners waiting to come in and clean the house. We felt very rushed to get out of the house.
This was a great rental right on the beach and newly remodeled. It was us and our three kids and it was a bit snug (Our smallest slept with us and the other two slept on the pull out couch) but we knew it was going to be and it was still worth it. Greta location next to all the shops in Monceito, easy drive to State street and you can walk to Rosewood for dinners coffees, etc. Only bummer was that the fireplace didn't work and that wasn't stated before. Would stay again.
Loved my stay. Great location. Beautiful views of the sunrise. Steps away from great restaurants and bars the Rosewood hotel. Will stay again
