CUIDADO. Antonio es una persona sumamente voluble y VIOLENTA. Solicitó que ingresáramos más tarde debido a que tenía un asunto personal. Sus mensajes fueron insultantes y despectivos. Aún así, llegamos a la hora que nos pidió y no estaba. Le marcamos y en tono de burla dijo que nos quedábamos en la calle. Se escuchaba tomado. Afortunadamente grabé la llamada y de esa forma AirBnb pudo ayudarme con el reembolso. Por mucho la peor experiencia hasta el momento

It was a quiet and comfortable place. Only downside was that the dryer did not work and the hot water for the Jacuzzi did not work properly. My personal disappointment was the security alert, with false allegations. To be honest I forgot to deactivate the security alert three times, because its a new system for me. These three times were my fault, but I cancelled the alarm almost immediately. The first time it took me of course some time to figure it out. On the final evening were I was stuck up in preparations for my returning flight I made the mistake and opened the garden door while the security was already activated. A short time after that Antonio called me angry and was furious because this 'security alarms happened every day like two times daily'. I couldn't say anything to defend myself. but the truth is, we had a trip to Querétaro for ~4 days out of my 9 days stay. So being called a liar and held with false allegations was a disappointing experience. On the other hand Antonio was really flexible, I could check in a bit earlier, what I really appreciated. Also when my flight was rescheduled and I had to stay longer time in SLP I asked if I could stay 2 hours longer in the house, so I didnt have to carry all my luggage through the center. At first he agreed - but in the end when he called me and made the allegations he told me I had to leave early, and we agreed on a checkout at 10am, but he arrived at 10:30am.
