Spacious 2-bedroom bunkhouse 10 minutes from lovely downtown Siloam Springs, Arkansas. The bunkhouse is located on a 17-acre ranchette located in the Illinois River Valley, within walking distance of the popular Siloam Springs Kayak Park. The kitchen, dining and living space is open and accommodating. The bunkhouse has a large front porch with dining table and BBQ pit. Easy access to washer and dryer. No more than 6 guests

We appreciated the flexibility of our hosts and fully promise anyone who rents this property will be very happy with their choice. The owners are lovely people who go above and beyond to make their occupants comfortable. We used it for a small leadership team retreat and it was perfect. Great pastoral setting near to the river.

Our property is in a rural neighborhood, in the midst of farm land and within walking distance to the Illinois River. It's a fairly quiet area but traffic can be heard from time to time.
Please use the lower driveway all the way around the fuel tank to the back of the barn; please do not cut across the lawn. You are welcome to walk the roads around our property. There are instructions on the info sheet on the fridge for feeding the animals.

Molly and I love to have guests and make new friends. We both grew up on cattle ranches and now share that experience where we live in NW Arkansas. Molly was born in California but grew up in Arkansas. She graduated from John Brown University in 1988 and eventually moved to Colorado to work on a guest ranch which is where we met. I was born in Austin, TX and grew up in Gonzales, the birthplace of Texas! In 1993, I graduated from Texas A&M University and married Molly. In 2001 we moved our young family to the ranch in NW Arkansas where we still are today.
