We had a wonderful stay, the house is big; we were with 3 families, total of 11 and had plenty of room. Every room has its own bathroom. The garden and pool were great and spacious and well maintained . The kitchen was a little smaller but big enough and fully equipped. Claudio is very responsive and shared a lot of information of the area. The surroundings are beautiful; you are in the middle of the mountains. The road up to Spicciano is narrow at the end but as only villagers go up there there is not much traffic going up and down. You get used to it quickly. The town Fivizzano has restaurants, bars and a supermarket. It’s a 10 minute drive from Spicciano.

Vi hade en fantastisk vecka i Claudios hus. Barnen älskade poolen och läget gör att man kan kombinera lugna pooldagar med dagsutflykter. Den närliggande byn Fivizzano är en liten pärla där vi handlade, fikade och åt på resturang. Huset har fräscha rum och badrum och mysiga uteplatser. Lagade fantastiskt go pizza i den vedeldade pizzaugnen. Claudio var mycket hjälpsam och tipsade oss om bra restauranger och sevärdheter. Hit kommer vi gärna igen.

Perfect welcome from our host Claudio , constant support and advices upon request, very nice house and great view. We enjoyed a lot our stay in Sticciano (7 adults and 4 children) ! We also enjoyed the location that enables to easily discover this beautiful part of Italia

Very tidy and beautiful villa in Tuscany. The house is equipped with everything you need. We were 3 families and each bedroom has its own bathroom which was convenient. Kids had fantastic time at the pool. Claudio has been very helpful and responsive with regards to our questions. He recommended lovely restaurants and sightseeing tours to us. Both hosts Sara and Claudio were kind to us, very welcoming and just fantastic hosts. We had an amazing time and can only recommend this spacious and beautiful villa. We will definitely be back. Thanks for everything Claudio and Sara!

A spacious house for the big family with a nice private poolarea in calm beautiful surrondings. The host couple are very helpful with everything you need and ask for. You need a car to reach the nearest village were you can find a shoop and restaurants
