A great room with bathroom. I loved the area; bakery, great coffee place and groceries with proximity to transportation and access to city center quickly. I would not recommend this apartment for those who are sensitive to noise when sleeping. The tram passes literally right outside the door every 10 mins throughout the night and even with earplugs, it was hard to sleep. The room was also very warm in early may so can assume the summer months would be very hot. Overall I would come back. The host was very responsive and instructions to check in/out were super clear.

We had a great stay in Munich. Our time was short but there were plenty of stores nearby and the underground train made it quick and easy to get to town center.

Die Unterkunft war super! Kommunikation war sehr einfach und ich hatte selten so einen unkomplizierten Check-In!

It’s the second time I stayed in this studio and would happily come back. It is spacious and airy, and the bed is extremely comfortable. The studio has a street view, so it can be a little loud, but the blackout curtains make up for it! We had a little hiccup with the coffee machine, but Nicole made sure to give us the right instructions swiftly. I did also love the coffee shop next door, in the meantime! The internet in the studio is speedy and the desk was good for working from home. Would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking to stay around this area in Munich!
