This home is in a great location for getting to the nearby ski slopes and local downtown businesses in Harbor Springs and Petoskey. It has a large back yard that was great for taking the dogs out and the back entry automated lights were great.

Crystal was super awesome and attentive. She came over and and showed us how to start the gas fireplace. I do wish there had been instructions for how to use heating units on wall, and that the home takes a while to warm up due to the fact they have a boiler furnace. The home does get toasty. It just needs time to warm up. Great location!! It is about a half mile walk into town. Super cute shops and restaurants. Views are amazing downtown. Close to Petoskey- which is much busier, but a must see. Also drive over by Boyne Highlands for the fall colors!!! Tunnel of trees beauty trail is right there!!! My only two critiques were that check out was at 10:00 am- wish it would have been 11. The only other thing was that we were expected to strip our beds and start laundry. I found that odd as you obviously pay a cleaning fee, so I didn’t feel like we should have been expected to do that. I am used to taking out the trash and starting the dishwasher.
