We loved our stay at Laura's cottage! Check-in was seamless and Laura was both responsive and friendly! We had no issues during our stay! The kids enjoyed the large back yard to run around and burn off energy. Even though it was colder weather we still enjoyed the bon fire, yard games, and even a kayak! The house was SO clean and had all the necessities we needed for our stay. Being so close to Tunnel of Trees and Mackinac City was an added bonus. We truly enjoyed staying here and hope to visit again in the warmer months!

What a lovely place on a lovely lake. The stay was incredibly awesome the house and surroundings were as well. Laura was great with communication and checking in and out was easy. Don't have a single bad thing to say. Ample parking, very clean and welcoming. It is a bit of a drive to the closest gas station, restaurant, etc. - but that only adds to beauty and charm. We can't wait to return.

A wonderful setting for rest and relaxation! Enjoyed all the birds who make their home on the lake and kayaking within the reeds just off the dock. Loved sitting at the end of the dock for happy hour just taking it all in! Thanks for sharing your beautiful place!

This house was a great place to stay while spending some time at the lake! The house was so clean and comfortable, and even better than the pictures! The sunroom was really nice and the kitchen was well-stocked with plenty of dishes, pans, cups, and basics. The bedrooms were comfortable and the whole place was bright and airy. We really enjoyed our stay at Douglas Lake!
