Complete FRAUD!! Be careful. They listed a property with many flaws the host knew about for some time and never disclosed. No hot water, heating or A/C - they had to send a technician 3 times in 3 nights and never were able to sort it out. WIFI advertised as “high speed” also a complete lie; unstable, intermittent to the point where they had to send a mobile hotspot who just helped in no way. Sweetinn’s response was slow and unhelpful, they just really don’t care. They offered only a 30% refund which in no way reflects the troubles and time I had to dedicate to this instead on enjoying my trip. Extremely disappointed not only with SweetInn but also with Airbnb’s support, very limited. A real shame as the location is great even though the property needs many improvements. Hope they can at least fulfill the proposed refund, to be seen…

DISASTER - DON’T STAY WITH SWEETINN! No hot water or heat for 4 nights. We finally left and found other accommodations. Each day they would send someone to “fix” the issue. The hot water and heat would last a few hours, then break again. They would say there was nothing they can do until the next day. Things break, I get it. That’s not the issue. Sweet Inn has no accountability to fix issues. Everyone will apologize, then not help to solve the issue. It took 2 days to get someone to call me. They didn’t even offer other accommodations until day #3 (two choices - one too small for my family or the other 30 minutes away). By Day 4 they said they would fix it, but when we left the apartment the hot water was still not working. We had no heat for 4 nights and showers only 1 day. Don’t stay with Sweet Inn at any property. Find another provider. Check some of the comments on posts on their FB Page. In the end, I had to appeal to AirBnB for help as SweetInn doesn’t care.

Tolle riesige Wohnung in eleganter Gegend. Die Wohnung hatte richtig Pariser Flair. Viel schöner als auf den Fotos. Ich bin froh, in so einer schönen Wohnung in Paris gewohnt zu haben. Immer wieder gerne.
