Unterkunft ist in einer Seitengasse gelegen, trotzdem durch Navi gut zu finden und einfach zu erreich. Die Unterkunft ist atemberaubend mit Blick auf den See. Alles sah genau so aus wie auf den Fotos. Alles war sauber. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 12 Personen und hatten ausreichend Platz. Trotz Nebensaison hatten einigen Bars und Restaurants offen. Besonders zu empfehlen ist die nah gelegene Ortschaft Kaprun. Der Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin war immer freundlich, schnell und problemlos

Nice location and very beautiful area especially the lake view from the house. Bella and her colleagues always were very friendly and helpful. Thank you for such a wonderful place.

We had a great stay. 5 adults, 5 kids (age 8-13). Plenty of space for the kids to roam and be separated from the adults to play in the evening. The morning view was amazing and everything was clean. Easy access to Zell and the bus stop is right outside the home , a short walk to the bottom of the hill (less than 3mins). Plenty of parking, we had 3 cars. The kitchen was great, a little tough to operate the appliances if you are an English speaker, but nothing you can't figure out. No spices are provided for cooking (just an fyi). Would definitely book again

Fantastic views and well stocked kitchen. The house is enormous and has a beautiful fenced-off private yard. However, the place is rented out by a professional rental company who was slow to respond. The check in card was not placed in the lock box as instructed. They had only provided linens and towels for two guests although the reservation was for three. They delivered the third set a day later and one of us had to sleep in a bed without sheets the first night. The trash bins outside the house were overflowing and were not emptied for weeks. The property itself is fantastic but the rental management should be more engaged and caring.
