Although it is hot outside, the house remains cool. In the Living space it has 2 single style Ikea sofa bed, the private room host a double bed,a full bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with a mini fridge, gaz cooking wear and an electrical coffee machine. A breakfast counter with Private access to the green patio that is set up with a table and chairs,a bbq a hammock in the shade and also a an outdoor shower. After having read some suggestions from travellers, the house has had some and transformations: its was completely painted, added new mosquitos nets on every window, a new ceiling fan in the living room, a breakfast counter added and storage in the bathroom. Embellishment of the outdoor cooking and patio area. On the front porch you will find a table and chairs with direct access to the patio of the garden that has also a table with chairs beside with a little outdoor kitchen where you can cook and eat. You will also find an outdoor cold shower surrounded by fruit trees and flowers.

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Man braucht nur 3 Minuten zum Meer. Es sollte einen bewusst sein, dass die Unterkunft in einem typisch Dominikanischen Campo liegt. Das ist vielleicht nicht für jeden etwas. Aber wir haben die Ruhe sehr genossen.

This is my second time staying at La Boheme. Although the house has had great modifications. The children and the lively neighborhood remain authentic. The morning rush hour is busy and loud but after everyone is gone the calm returns and by 10:30 the village is asleep and i can hear the sea from my bed. I adored spending time in the private garden. The host offered me some fresh coconut water from her garden it was amazing watching the man picking them from the tree. Wonderful experience.

Accueil exceptionnel de Lisa et sa maman dans une ambiance familiale et populaire d' un authentique village de république dominicaine Un lieu de deconnection idéal : le jardin, la plage, l'accueil étaient incroyable ! Toutefois réservé aux voyageurs qui ne craignent pas les coupures d'eau e d'électricité intempestives. Attention pas d'accès Wi-Fi etpeu de réseau 4G. On va là bas pour se ressourcer !

Enjoy an amazing time in a lively and friendly authentic neighbourhood ( its is family oriented) were everyone knows each others in the south of Dominican Republic. Where the roosters sing in the a.m. where sometime the electricity goes off( not very often). Come and be part of the community, or just go down to the beach.
Come live the authentic south, surround yourself with warm weather and incredible nature. The sea is sometimes for surfing and other times Calm like a natural swimming pool.
Although there is a lot of children around,your privacy will not be compromised since everyone around is respectful and kind. Live unforgettable moments on the property and in the neighborhood making your self at home. Great place for long term stay.

出行信息

Getting around to other beaches and activities is easy. There is the choice of public transport (guagua) that stop at 3 mns walk from the house. Also motorcycle taxi, but if you have your own car you can park it beside my mother’s house.
