Villa Serenity is an amazing and modern 6-bedroom holiday home in central Albufeira Old Town, just along from the main square and a few minutes walk from the Beachs of "Praia do Peneco" and "Praia dos Pescadores". With an unbeatable location, This newly refurbished 2 floor property is the perfect holiday home for get away with family or friends. There are 6 bedrooms all of wich have en-suite shower rooms and each room has two twin beds (wich can be made into a King size bed). There is also an extra guest toilet on the top floor. After entering on street level and going up to the first floor, you will find 4 of the en-suite bedrooms and a sitting area. The top floor of the property house the final 2 en-suite bedrooms, an open plan living/dining room which is overlooked by the modern and fully equipped kitchen and there is also a separate service toilet on this floor. The living area has a TV with satellite channels and allows you to lounge comfortably, while the kitchen/dining area allows for meals to be prepared and enjoyed together. Two glass doors from this room lead onto a balcony overlooking the old cobbled walking street to the old square. Villa Serenity includes free fibre optic Wi-Fi and Air-Conditioning and every bedroom also has its own television.

We were 4 families, with 6 kids and it worked well for our needs. It has 2 tubs for those with babies. It is located in a great location. Free parking was available up the steep hill. It is around all the restaurants and night life but far enough you wont be kept up by it. Light sleeper might be annoyed by random loud noises tho.
Great location with everything being within walking distance! It was super for a group of our size (11 people)! Bruno the host was super helpful and easy to contact when we needed anything. The property was lovely, clean & smelt beautiful! Would definitely stay here again with a large group of people
Stayed here with a group of 9 friends. We used the recommended transfer which made checking in seamless. The property was spotlessly clean and had beautiful decor and facilities. Despite being in the centre of Old Town the accommodation is peaceful and quiet, with sound proof windows and doors. We all slept well. We loved the central location, with coffee shops, grocery stores, restaurants and the beach on our doorstep. Will stay again and recommended to others. Bruno was extremely helpful, responsive and a fabulous host. The deposit was returned with no issue. Thank you for a fab stay!
We have just got home from 6 days at Villa Serenity. It was absolutely brilliant. We were really concerned about location before as we were a Hen party and it’s right in the Hub on the old town but it was perfect. You are in walking distance to everything and an Uber to the crazy strip is €8. You could argue the Old town strip is better! The Beach also a 3 min walk and is amazing!!!!!! We did have a small problem with Ants but Bruno was on hand to help as soon as we flagged this. We would 100% come back and recommend to stay at Villa Serenity. Thank you Stunning Holidays <3
Had an awesome stay with friends over a weekend. Bruno was super responsive and was always quick to answer any questions. The place was perfect - clean and well kept. Amenities were great. Walkable to the beach and right in old town which was perfect. Overall great experience!

This property has an incredibly central location, and is situated on a bustling walking street in Old Town, Albufeira. At one end of this street is the Albufeira bus station and taxi rank (approximately 5 minutes walk) where you will find a "Spar maket", and in the other direction, just 2 minutes is the Old Square, and the beaches can be reached by walking for 5 minutes. There are many restaurants, bars, and shops around the Old Square and on summer evenings there are normally entertainers in the centre and live music inside a selection of the bars.
Car hire is not necessary with such an excellent location, unless you wish to discover more of the Algarve. Other options of transportation include the local bus the Albufeira "Giro" with several routes around town and local taxis wich are readily available and well-priced (for which contact information will be provided).
