Emma, thank you for our stay. It was peaceful and we enjoyed it very much. House was neat and tidy and location was handy. Great area and easy access for takeout. It was nice to get away for the weekend.

Absolutely lovely home away from home. Whilst not a modern property, it was beautifully maintained, a great and functional layout, super clean and tidy, and everything you could need for a stay. The garden was a great size and very private, my son and dog had a wonderful time running around and there is an undercover alfresco perfect for evening drinks. It was great to be able to bring my dog on holiday. Emma also was happy for me to have 2 extra guests (mum & husband decided they were free after all) and replied to my request within about 20 minutes to confirm all ok. Had a fabulous weekend and will very likely stay again if returning to Bribie.

We had a lovely stay on Bribie. The house was perfect, clean and comfortable. A nice touch with bubbles and chips on arrival, really appreciated that! Walking distance to the water, and my teenagers loved that Maccas was also out the back gate! Communication with Emma was excellent 👍

We enjoyed the convenience of staying close to the beach and the shops. To swim at Pumice-stone Passage beach took a 15 minute walk. To go to other beaches the car was necessary! Emma was very clear and helpful with her instructions regarding our check in. We made good use of all the available kitchen utensils,however we thought some baking trays would be handy. We missed our dishwasher! The place is very well loved and in need of a facelift, especially the windows and doors. We found it tricky opening and closing the doors and windows without force. Some windows offer no security whatsoever or insect protection. The air-con in the living room was great! The ceiling fans also work well in the bedrooms, not so safe if you have children sleeping on the top bunk though! Overall,good for a beach stay don’t expect 5 stars.

Emma's place has a safe backyard, which was great for our dog. It was a short walk to McDonalds and Aldi through the back gate. However, it was necessary to travel by car for everywhere else unless, of course, you had bikes. The house has a lovely lounge and dining area, and the bedrooms,bathrooms, and kitchen are adequate and functional. We were disappointed that minor details hadn't been attended to, such as the inability to lock the back screen door. The dining glass door was very difficult to open and close. We were provided with 3 towels of poor quality for 6 guests,fortunately, we had backup swim towels.
