Great central location. Spacious unit. Lots of storage for clothes and stuff. My only complaint is the couch was not comfortable which wasn't great after a long day of walking around the city.

It was great downtown stay at Derek’s place. The large windows provided excellent city views and beautiful amount of natural light, but they do let a good amount of sound in; to the point we thought a window was opened. Not the best for light sleepers. It is very clean and the bed is VERY comfortable! The building is on the older side and the area is a little sketchy (especially on Granville/alleyway leading to the garage), but we felt very safe in the loft itself and felt safe with our car in the parking garage. Definitely worth it if you want the city experience with all the sights and sounds.
