Beautiful home. John managed marry sheek and comfy in a harmonious way-- especially in a cute, unassuming town. The space was perfectly curated with all age groups in mind (including my inquisitive 2 year old who found each room quite intriguing!). The pictures dont do the home justice. It's clear that John pays close attention to finishing details as each fixture, furniture, room, and flooring. The cleanliness was impeccably reassuring especially for me, a mom of a toddler. The area was private, quiet, safe and charming. Definitely staying here again if available when we're back in Cleveland-- which is often.

Exactly like the photos and description- I liked the decor. Garage space was a plus. I was only here for 5 days, but this place could definitely work well for a longer stay.

Beautiful unit in a quiet neighborhood. Very easy to find. The host is very friendly and extremely responsive. The place had everything we needed and certainly felt more like home than a hotel. Highly recommend!

John was a great host and the space is absolutely gorgeous. Enjoyed the fireplace on a rainy day and the overall design and layout of the property was stunning. I highly recommend this place for a serene atmosphere to relax in. Thank you John for building such a gem and all of your recommendations.

Really enjoyed staying here & the pictures accurately depict the guesthouse. It is charming with some nice touches such as the 'live edge' wood counter & the fireplace. We had a fire several nights with duraflame logs & it made it very cozy. Be aware that there are a lot of stairs up to the spacious bedroom, so could be challenging if someone has difficulty with them. The washer & dryer are located in the bedroom area, which is convenient-but they are noisy, so plan laundry accordingly. The heated, attached 1-car garage was particularly nice to have in the winter & the full-size refrigerator there was actually a plus-made it easy to stow groceries. Especially good to have since on-street parking has limitations so if you have more than 1 car, be aware of that. Most important pluses: entire place was spotless, convenient location & John was a very responsive host, quick to answer messages. He was very helpful to me when I needed to extend my stay. I'd definitely stay here again
