First, read Ernest’s review ~ couldn’t have said it better myself. Just spent Thanksgiving at Dean’s place with a large group spread throughout three separate buildings on the property. We each had our own “space” to chill and yet it was easy to gather and feast at the big “main” house. Dean’s description of the property is humble. The house and the supplies/equipment typically expected in an AIRBNB far exceed needs. The kitchen knives are SHARP, there are options for coffee makers. Pots, pans, dishes, etc. accommodate a large group. Extra towels, blankets. Dean pays attention to details. The main house has a living/dining area centered on a rustic fireplace that is a magnet for comfortable gatherings, games, reading, etc. Each bedroom is immaculate and offers its own privacy. As well, there are numerous outdoor sitting areas. The property rests atop a hill with spectacular sunrises and sunsets, offering the reset button we all occasionally need. A perfect getaway!

Dean’s place is absolutely beautiful and he is an incredibly wonderful host - responsive, so helpful, and kind. Everyone loved their stay and we can’t wait to come back!

I booked this property with the intent of inviting all my friends out to celebrate my birthday all weekend. Let me tell you that this beautiful property completely exceed all of our expectations. The sun rises over the mountains are nearly as breathtaking as the sunsets over Squaw Valley. The wellness center was over utilized to say the least. We spend the warm summer days in the huge pool that was able to accommodate us all. There’s no doubt that we’ll be back to this gem of a property! Finally, Dean has to be one of the nicest, most accommodating, and quick responding hosts we have ever had the pleasure of renting from. Thanks again Dean, we can’t wait for our next visit to Starview Ranch!
