I hate leaving crappy reviews but I booked sunrise whilst on a work trip where internet was really key in my decision making. The wifi name given didn’t show up at all and I restarted the internet there and know as a result the name/password was wrong as there was a different name and a different password needed. I messaged to ask for it and got no response until the next day (when I was leaving) and was just told it has always been the same and isn’t an issue (which is incorrect) If there had been good phone signal I would have just made do but the area was really bad for internet on my phone so hot spotting didn’t work. It could have been an easy fix but instead I was ignored. If there are guest issues I think it’s important to have good customer service - I messaged on the app and on their phone and still ignored and when they did reply then next day just told me it should work. I am very tech savvy and work in tech, it did not. Clean, good location, amenities etc

Amazing days spent in the sunrise guesthouse. The house itself, the pool, bedrooms, kitchetn, etc, everything beautiful and clean

We overall enjoyed our stay here, however our room was changed last minute to a room I would deem as inferior to the one we paid for. I sent a message to the host about my concerns and received no reply. It would have been great to receive a phone call about this change or some level of communication other than a text message which was disappointing.

Sehr schön. Das Zimmer war groß genug und der Gemeinschaftsbereich sehr groß, sehr schön eingerichtet und die Küche war super ausgestattet. Die Kaffeemaschine war die beste bisher mit frische gemahlenem Kaffee. Jederzeit gerne immer wieder
