Step out of the flat and you have everything you need on your doorstep. Start your morning with a pastry and coffee at Watch House cafe, or have a delicious brunch at Greenberry's. Pop into Daunt Books to pick your next read, or my favourite rainy day activity - dive into the velvet sofas and get lost in a movie at the Everyman Cinema over the road. Need supplies? You'll find lots of local shops on the street including a pharmacy, health food store, wine specialist, Pomona - an independent organic shop, and Kavanagh's supermarket. You'll find gyms, a swimming pool, and places for yoga, pilates, and barrecorre close by too.
Stroll down to England’s Lane for your pick of cafes or Libby’s celebrated gluten free bakery. Continue on to Primrose Hill to do some celebrity spotting, sit in the park, or stop into any of their lovely gastro-pubs. From there you can walk 8 minutes to the world-famous bustling Camden Market (or a 10 min tube/20 min walk direct from the flat).
Walk 15 minutes up the road to take in the historic homes and the charming cobbled streets of Hampstead. On a summer's day you might eat at the award-winning creperie, enjoy a peaceful lunch in the garden at Burgh House Museum, gobble gelato in the mews, or get lost in people-watching from a cafe. On a winter's day, head to one of London's oldest pubs - the 18th century Holly Bush - warm up by the fireplace with a cask ale and a traditional Sunday roast.
Or my favourite of all, stroll 7 minutes down the road to immerse yourself in the wild woodland of Hampstead Heath. Check out the Saturday Farmer’s Market, wander through the magical meadows or bathe in the legendary swimming ponds or lido, you'll forget you're in a city at all... until you get to the top of Parliament Hill where the best view of London's iconic skyline is waiting for you.

Local transport is amazing. The flat is right next to Belsize Park tube on the northern line (black line) which is the quickest way of getting around. There is also a bus stop directly opposite & another down the road with several buses to choose from including the 168 bus which is a lovely scenic way to get to London's Southbank.
Hampstead Heath overground station is a 7 minute walk away, from here you can also get to places on the overground (orange line) such as Hackney and Dalston in East London.
Lots of popular places are within walking distance too.

London is notoriously difficult for parking. There is some on street paid parking but it has set time limitations. I would recommend signing up with "JustPark" which will allow you to book parking in people's personal driveways (like airbnb for cars!) and costs a lot less.
