This is about the 5th time I have stayed at Aurica’s. It is still my favorite place to stay in Reno-walking path right outside the door, clean, lots of room, very close to my son’s house, easy access to stores and freeway. 2 wild horses visiting in the neighborhood were an special added attraction.

We loved this place! Easy to get to everything in south Reno. Nice suburban feel and friendly neighbors. Aurica was super responsive when one of the bar stools came undone, she came by just a couple days later to replace with brand new chairs! Heard pests in the attic and she sent pest control within 2 business days. I also loved the easy access to the walk/bike path which my daughter loved. Only two minor downsides to the location: dog barking is somewhat constant and there’s a constant whiff of dog poop in the area as the neighbors don’t clean up after their animals often — both things out of the host’s control but just something to note. Regarding the house itself, the mattresses could use an upgrade as they’re a bit caved in. Other than those little things, I highly recommend.

This home had everything we were looking for! We stayed for 2 weeks and we felt at home immediately! It’s in a safe and quiet neighborhood with easy access to hiking trails, restaurants, shopping and Lake Tahoe! Aurica was very responsive in our communications. I can highly recommend this comfortable and safe home. And the backyard has lovely mature Rose bushes!
