We had a terrible experience here. The check in process was awful, things in the apartment were dirty, and listed amenities weren’t provided. We had to download an app to receive our door code but did not receive a link to the app prior to check in like we were told we would. Upon reaching out to the host and finally getting the link, the app did not work and after 20min of back and forth with the host they sent us a code. It didn’t work, so thinking we got the door wrong we tried the one opposite ours and opened the door to another unit with people in it. Once we finally got the code for our unit we found dead insects on the floor, a stained/dirty bedsheet and towel and no shampoo, body was or hand soap. Overall we felt unsafe and slept with a chair under our front door lock as anyone with the code can open the door and we were given the code to someone else’s unit! The host insisted the issue was us not receiving a link, but it was them giving us another unit’s code.

We were happy with our stay here. On arrival we were faced with an uncleaned apartment. Clearly a missed clean as looked like previous guests were the last ones there. Contacted host who immediately sorted it out and sent a cleaner in. Apartment was cleaned that evening, but we were waiting from 4-8pm. Cleaners did a good job, so overall it was fine.

Attentive hosts. The area was just what I needed for a 5 day workshop. The parking spot is very small. I don’t think my car would’ve fit if someone was staying in the other unit. There were a few things that needed to be addressed during my stay and Glenn took care of it. Sometimes very responsive other times took care of it w/o communicating. Overall great deal and comfy stay.
