Nice place, a bit weird without linens but that worked for us. The bathroom has no window and the fan is not the best so it’s hard to keep it dry. But all in all a nice place when you want something cheap.

Please read the About this space carefully, in particular linen not being provided. This was our first experience with linens and towels not being included in the cost, so it was unexpected. It was very inconvenient, that only upon a late arrival we realise no linen or towels were provided. It was surprising there was no reminder or notification provided with the check in instructions. Particularly, given the agency require you to complete a lengthy declaration of your personal details, your drivers licence among other things, and acceptance of their terms before issuing the check in details. Completing this while travelling is lengthy and inconvenient and superfluous given AirBNB already requires you to provide these details upon registering on the platform. The additional linen cost was $122 for 2 persons. Before booking, if you are bringing your own linens, I suggest enquiring what size the 'Bunk beds' are as this is has been omitted from the description.

Our group needed an airbnb for an Oztag tournament. So the location was great, the balcony had good views to relax afterwards and the place was relatively clean. However, there were a lot of basic necessities that were lacking. The knives were so blunt we could not cut through a tomato so we had to purchase a new knife and scissors. There was no dish drying rack so washing the dishes were difficult, especially since the sponge provided was worn out and there was no strainer which can cause a lot of plumbing issues that guest could be blamed for. The parking spot provided was really steep so, don't bring your lowered cars. I had a van and it still scrapped. Basic seasonings like the salt shaker was broken, there was no sugar, there was no oil. The bathroom was a slipping hazard and the windows in the bathroom had no curtains. No bin liners provided. Overall, although it was a 'shelter' with beds and basics, the value was not worth it. And after everything, we were still charged a $50 bond, because of dirty dishes (we rinsed off all the dirty bits) and wiping the stove because it was considered excessive cleaning. We already paid for a cleaning fee. Which brings to question the level of standard cleanliness they usually execute. Overall, don't waste your money here. Felt scammed :)
