We were a group of ten looking for a peaceful weekend away to watch the 2024 eclipse. Our stay couldn't have been better and we can't say enough about David's place and his family's hospitality :) The house is beautiful, clean, well-stocked, and with enough space for everyone to not feel cramped. We enjoyed meals in the kitchen where the table easily fit us all, separate bedrooms for each couple, a bonfire out back, frequent trips to the barn to visit the goats, bunnies, and horses, and goodies from the on-site bake shop (the pineapple upside down cake is highly recommended!). David and his family are lovely hosts. David was always quick to respond and gave us local recommendations for anything we wanted to get up to. They were gracious enough to let us stay past check-out to watch the eclipse with them. We came for the eclipse, but it ended up being the cherry on top of an amazing weekend full of laughter and new memories at a place that couldn't have been more perfect. Thank you!!

We had a wonderful stay at Early Bird Ranch! As soon as we booked our stay Dave promptly reached out to let me know all of the extra amenities that would be available which was so helpful as we packed. We had lots of sleeping arrangement options and bathrooms were well-stocked! We also had our three year old with us and not only was there a crib but also tons of toys and games available for her that kept her so well-entertained our entire stay. We’ve never stayed at an AirBnB that is also a working farm! Dave graciously made time for us to have a farm tour and we all got to hold and feed the new baby goats. The farm cats were also a big hit with our crew. The farm stand right outside our door with delicious baked goods was the cherry on top each morning! Since we were there to ski, it was great to be a short 15 minute drive to the slopes and Ellicottville. We can’t wait to come back for another visit - the hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful!

The Early Bird Ranch is a wonderful, peaceful, and unique place to stay. David had the place ready and welcoming for us. It was extremely clean and very well stocked with everything we could have needed (including boot/glove dryers for our ski boots). There was plenty of room to spread out and relax both inside and out. The kitchen was well appointed allowing us to prepare some nice meals and enjoy around the large table with adjoining family room. The kids really appreciated being able see the turkey, rabbits, horses and goats which capped off a great 3 nights over new years. A truly warm, enjoyable and memorable new years stay. Thanks so much!
