Richelle’s place exceeded our expectations! It was pristine, decorated beautifully, spotless, and easy to access. She was so thoughtful and welcoming with snacks and local beverages! We loved it!

Richelle and Dean were phenomenal hosts. We scheduled a last minute trip for my wife’s birthday and they were able to accommodate us on short notice. The check in process was seamless, and the space was clean and gorgeous. We can honestly say that it was absolutely perfect for a couple spending a few days in the Finger Lake area. Richelle went above and beyond in leaving us a bottle of wine, a birthday cake for my wife, and we were even treated to a delicious restaurant quality mimosa breakfast when we checked out. Overall 10 out of 10.

Richelle went out of her way to accommodate our needs by providing an extra night’s stay. She was always responsive and helpful, the welcoming cheese plate was delicious, and the mini fridge well stocked. She provided useful advice about local amenities, and made us feel very welcome. We loved our stay!

Richelle was very communicative with us! I appreciated how she sent us a list of all her recommended restaurants and activities. The space was clean, something that is very important to me. I would love to go back over the summer months to better appreciate the area!
