This elegant and spacious historic home is perfect for your football weekend trip--located within 3 miles of Notre Dame's campus (GO IRISH!!) and an easy walk to downtown. Relax on the hammock, light up the grill, pour yourself a drink, brew yourself a latte, gather around the fire pit, enjoy the sun porch and front porch, or lounge on the chaise--there is something for everyone! Make yourself at home in this 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with a spacious living room, dining room, and kitchen. The kitchen has everything you would ever need for your stay with a grocery store 3 blocks away. The bar room is perfect for mixing cocktails and keeping your wine cold. Enjoy a meal on the sun porch or lounge in the large backyard and fire up the grill or enjoy the 2-person hammock. The house is also equipped with a latte bar downstairs and a coffee station upstairs. We provide coolers, plastic cups and plates, folding tables, and other supplies for tailgating and will do our best to accommodate any special requests! A welcome guide for our home and the area is provided to all guests prior to their stay.

We stayed here for Notre Dame football game and it was the perfect place to spend the weekend. Plenty of space for a group of 4 of us and great location close to downtown. Tailgating amenities including tables and chairs were great for brining to tailgate. House was cozy and would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in South Bend.

Our group of college friends headed back for an ND game and this was the PERFECT spot for our group! Anne's home was so lovely- spacious and well equipped with everything you could need (dish ware, towels, even some drinks and snacks that they had left for us!). There's also a security system that made us feel extremely safe, both while in the home and away. Anne was super responsive, answering my message within 20-30 min on average, and she provided a very helpful welcome guide that ran through everything about the house and how to check in/check out. Will for sure be staying here again for future games!

A beautiful cozy home in a great location for NOTRE Dame football!! The historic neighborhood - located next to the most beautiful church was so wonderful. Very clean, and nice personalized touches - thank you for sharing your home with us Anne! We will be back maybe in September when there is less snow!!

Near West Side Neighborhood—
Residential area adjacent to the historic district. Walking distance to the Studebaker Museum and to downtown! The downtown area also has scooters for rent that you can ride back to the house from downtown. We are located 7 minutes from the South Bend International Airport, and 3 miles from the Notre Dame Stadium. A grocery store is a few blocks away, easily walkable.

出行信息

Off street parking is available for up to 3 vehicles. Free street parking is located around the premises and is never full.
For ND game day transportation a shuttle runs from downtown to campus (information in welcome guide).
You can easily walk to downtown from the house. You may also be able to find scooters a block or two into your walk to downtown. You can definitely find scooters that you can rent to ride from downtown back to the house.
Additionally, ND parking passes allow you to tailgate and provide a shuttle to and from the stadium to event parking
