Very clean and fun way to spend time in the keys! Sergey is very passionate about his properties and is attentive to us as visitors. Would def stay again. Water taxi is a huge perk he offers and allowed for us to explore the town without kayaking places. 10/10 would stay again.

This houseboat stay was absolutely amazing!. The boat was clean, comfortable and well equipped. It's a bit like glamping on the water and so peaceful except for the airplanes flying overhead in the morning (didn't bother us). The views and sunset were gorgeous. The bed was comfortable and sleeping with the windows open and the sea breeze allowed for the perfect night's sleep. We made breakfast and hamburgers on the hotplate and had everything we needed in the kitchen. You do need to bring your own drinking water which was not a problem. Kayaking to/from the marina is easy and we enjoyed the nearby mangroves. We even saw a manatee! Also did some wading (shallow water) around the boat and enjoyed the hammock. On the last day, we did a 4-hr sandbar excursion with Sergey and it was the highlight of our trip. Sergey was easy to communicate with and very gracious. Highly recommend this stay!

What can I say about our stay at Sergey's house boat in Key West that hasn't been said in the other reviews? Waking up to the sound of the birds and the waves is priceless - worth the price of admission alone. Kayaking through the Mangroves was a beautiful and wondrous experience. Key West is full of fun bars, delicious restaurants and interesting people. Sergey was more than courteous when it came to the check-in/out, helping us get to and from the houseboat to the main dock, and giving recommendations for places to explore. The only problem with our stay was that it didn't last long enough. We will absolutely be back!

Sergey is a wonderful host. This was our first experience staying on a house boat and Sergey didn’t disappoint!! From start to finish he is welcoming and extremely thorough host. He had everything super well prepared. And makes every effort to make sure you are comfortable and have a working knowledge of the rules of the boat. He is very accommodating with pick up time and water taxi service. The house boat itself is exactly as he advertised and in person was super quaint, clean and literally has everything you need for a getaway. We had a beautiful breeze that kept us very comfortable with windows open and no mosquitos. It was a great adventure for my husband, daughter and I. He is a great tour guide and super knowledgeable about the area and also able to give water tours. We plan on returning and enjoying more of Sergey’s tours. Thank you for a wonderful experience
