Everything you need is in walking distance including the local IGA, Deli and bottle shop just down the rd. Little Penny is a newly renovated upstairs loft of our family home with elegant Mediterranean meets mid century vibes all to yourself. It’s completely private with its own entrance and consists of an extra large bedroom featuring a comfortable King bed with luxurious linens opening on to a lovely covered and private balcony. Cot, bassinet and baby gate is available on request. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with all toiletry needs and beautiful Baina towels. Little Penny features an extra large living space styled to perfection with Sarah Ellison furniture, smart TV, Netflix, Bose sound system and reverse cycle air conditioning for your comfort. The Kitchen is well equipped with everything you’ll need for a fab stay! The living area opens on to a very private and beautiful sun drenched, North facing deck with views to the palm trees in the front and magical Japanese maple in the back. There is an outdoor setting including a shade umbrella and lounge area. Down below boasts a beautiful fire pit. There is a beach cart, beach towels provided, picnic basket and beach chairs available for use throughout out your stay.
