It's a very cozy place. Ideal for a family. It's better if you by car due to the way go going up to the house. The place has a lot of useful things and everything is very clean.

Heike was a helpful, friendly host. My 6 member family felt like at home. My son had an extra gift : ) Highly recommended, perfect place for families :) Nice view for the city, and not far from the old centre.

Nice location: quiet, clean, peaceful, and easy to go any where in the city by public bus and train. Heike and her husband are so nice that they tell us almost everything at their airbnb place. We definitely will back to stay here again!

We loved the apartment. My family stayed there for two weeks. The apartment is not big, but a family of four members can live there comfortably. The public transportation system is about 7 minutes walk away and the apartment has a free parking spot if you prefer to drive. The host, Heike is extremely friendly and helpful. Heike and her husband welcomed us when we got off our taxi. We arrived in Graz on a Sunday. All grocery stores are closed for Sundays in Graz. My daughter is on special diet and I needed to cook a bit. Heike shared some foods with us right after we arrived. In another evening, my wife needed to print out some documents for her work and it was getting dark outside. We asked help from our host. Heike drove my wife to a local store without hesitation. Thank you very much for your hospitality, Heike!

Great house great host!!!! we spend a week here and it feels just like home. The location is really nice, in a quiet neighborhood, but walking distance to supermarket and restaurant, super convenient. Really clean and well equipped And Heike is a great host, the respond is always on-time and she gave us a warm welcome, and always there to make sure that we have everything we need Highly recommended, and we will return for sure !
