Overall, felt like the stay could have been a lot better considering the price we paid. Started off by going to the locker and the key was missing, had to contact host to get access to another locker. First impression of the place was that it was smaller than expected. The bathtub in the room was not useable due to the plug being broken. Anytime the toilet was flushed or sink was turned on there was this loud gargling noise. We had an incident where the toilet got clogged and the washroom flooded along with the entrance. Was not allowed to use the shower until toilet was unclogged because the plumbing was all connected. There was a sewage smell the lasted the entire stay. Window stayed open the entire time. No AC, but industrial fan was provided. There were stains on the mattress along with inside the toilet bowl. The host was very quick with responding. The location was walkable to the shopping areas and tram.
