We enjoyed our stay at Greg and Andrea's place. The house is cute, comfortable, and clean. Good location, within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and casinos. Great communication from the hosts. Our kids really enjoyed the extra toys in the house. Highly recommended for a visit to the Sparks and Reno area.

Greg and Andrea are great hosts! Their home is peaceful and super clean. We enjoyed the proximity to local restaurants and museums. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a clean, quiet retreat!

I was going through a hard time with coming from California to Reno to check on my brother who has stage 4 liver cancer. They were so understanding, caring, and so compassionate about me I felt comfortable going there. Upon, arrival late at night and walking into there wonderful home I felt at ease, and my stress was gone because I felt at home. I am forever Grateful. When I need to go back their place is where I will stay.

We used this property at Sparks as our base - family of 4 (with 2 kids) . The house was straight out of a Jo and Chips lovely portfolio ( the "Magnolia" couple ) - Lovely simplistic decor, vintage artefacts were kept intact - like the farmstand sink and the cute bearclaw tub. Barely any clutter but also had everything we needed for the trip. Linen was good quality and there was ample storage. The house in itself is in a quiet neighbourhood - nothing spectacular. But we werent looking for any "walking around" the neighborhood activity. Parking was super easy. One thing I would like to point out for those who are late risers, the sunshines in bright and early through the blinds. So get eye masks. Great for early risers though! Greg and Andrea were excellent hosts , quick to respond. Especially since this was a last minute booking I was nervous about slow responses - but they were on top of things! Thank You for sharing your beautiful home with our family :)
