There are good transport connections (B9, BAB40, train/train RE10 "Niers-Express", bus) and you can get relatively quickly to surrounding cities such as Düsseldorf, Düsseldorf Airport, Weeze Airport, Krefeld, Moers Ruhr area, etc. The holiday apartment "Eyll" in beautiful Kerken-Eyll is located on the ground floor of our 2-family house. The house consists of a total of 2 holiday apartments. The lower apartment offers a large terrace and a fully fenced, spacious garden. The upper apartment has a balcony with a beautiful view over the garden into nature. Spread over approx. 75 square meters you will find • a fitted kitchen (with oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine - of course also tea towels, complete kitchen equipment with dishes, glasses and cutlery) • a spacious bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet • a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), wardrobe, chest of drawers and TV • a large living room with dining area (table with 6 chairs), large comfortable couch with bed function for 2 people, bar cabinet with bar stools, smart TV • In the basement there is a laundry room accessible to both apartments with a washing machine, dryer, drying rack, vacuum cleaner and washing and cleaning products. There is also an ironing board with an iron and other usable kitchen machines such as: E.g. mixer, stand mixer, etc... The televisions in the living room and bedroom are equipped with Amazon Prime Video, Netflix etc. (you need your own account to log in). The television in the bedroom has an Amazon Fire TV stick, which can be used to access content (SAT TV in the bedroom is currently not available). There are voice-controlled smart speakers in all rooms, which you can use to listen to your desired music anytime and anywhere via voice command, or e.g. B. can get the weather report or be woken up. The smart home speakers can of course be switched off by the guest if desired. The windows are equipped with insect screens. Two free parking spaces for cars are available per apartment. Ground floor apartment: carport and access to the carport Top floor apartment: 2 parking spaces directly in front of the house, also on your own property (see also photos). There is access to fast internet (fiber optic connection with high bandwidth) via free WiFi throughout the entire house and garden/outdoor area. Ideal for streaming and home office.
