Your perfect day at the beach is mere steps away from this Gulf-front resort. Sink your toes in the sugar-white sand and splash in the emerald green water. Later, retire to the community pool and hot tub to relax in the sunshine. In the evening, prepare a cookout for your whole group at the community barbecue grills. While at Pearl 0306 you are just a short drive away from the exciting Pensacola Beach and the sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Try out parasailing, scuba diving, or snorkeling out on the crystal Gulf water. Or, stay on land and shop for souvenirs at local boutiques and retailers. During off-season rentals, the condo association will be performing routine property repairs and maintenance to upkeep the property for peak season (October 1st - March 15th). No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. <br/>This rental is located on floor 3. <br/>Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. <br/>Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quite hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. The condo was in a great location with a beautiful view. Just a short drive to anything we wanted to do. I felt the unit could use a deep clean. The rug in the living room was really stained and yucky. The tile floor throughout the unit could greatly benefit from a good scrub. The master bathroom toilet, you have to hold the handle down to get it to flush entirely. (I did not contact the owner as I felt this wasn’t a huge deal) The shower in the master bath also had a dark mold around the bottom. I would imagine that could be cleaned up relatively easy. It was a great place to stay with a gorgeous view. I just wish it would have been a tad more clean prior to our arrival. The beach access was perfect, just what I was looking for.
