A high quality farmhouse and barn conversion in the heart of Burgundy with 8 bedrooms available for families or groups up to a total of 18 guests. The accommodation provides two self contained buildings each with their own private garden and swimming pool. (Open May to Sept weather permitting) In the centre of the main courtyard is the ‘porcherie’ home to a summer kitchen and dining area, a perfect area for entertaining and relaxing. The buildings have been lovingly renovated to provide luxury accommodation throughout whilst retaining the charm of a Burgundy farmhouse and barn. Fully equipped with all the items required to allow you to spend a relaxing moment with friends and family.

Une ferme chargée d'histoire, restaurée avec goût et qualité, ce qui lui permet de garder toute son authenticité dans un confort remarquable. Idéal pour un we ou des vacances en famille ou entre amis car très spacieux. Parfait pour un we au vert dans une très jolie campagne.

Chailly sur Armançon is home to the magnificent 16th century Chateau de Chailly. Now a top class hotel with 18 hole golf course, spa and restaurant open to non residents. Only 500m from La Grange aux Avoines. The Lac de Cercy is 5 km walk away, a beautiful relaxing spot and perfect for carp fishing or simply walking or cycling around the 3km lake checking out the wildlife.
A car is essential to make the most of visiting the area. Car hire is available at Dijon or Montbard. Subject to availability, Andy is able to arrange minibus transport to various locations. For more energetic guests, the area is a cyclists delight, perfect roads with very little traffic. Bicycles are available for those who wish to ride the 8 km alongside the Burgundy canal to Pouilly en Auxois which hosts a large supermarket, local shops, restaurants and bars.
