Замечательна квартира, современный ремонт, есть вся техника, хороший интернет, хороший напор горячей воды, большой балкон. Чисто и уютно. В двух минутах ходьбы метро, продуктовые магазины, есть много магазинчиков с фермерскими продуктами, банки, аптеки все в шаговой доступности. Очень гостеприимные хозяева. 10/10, все супер.

The apartment is great: clean, there is everything you need for a stay, communication with the host is smooth, Nelli’s father gave a good advice regarding local markets, location is good too. Recommended

Had a great stay at Nelli's place. Nelli was not there, but her friendly father Ashot let me in, and even dropped me off at the airport at the end of my stay for the same price as a taxi (but he has a big car). It is as described, and while the bed is a sofa-bed, it was comfortable. There is a balcony too. The area is great: at the end of the street are various shops, as well as vegetable stalls, and a larger supermarket is 5-10 minutes walk away. There are also several restaurants in the area, and the metro is close. Overall an excellent experience! Tip: if you don't hear from Nelli quickly after the booking is accepted, send a message via the number provided.

We were met and taken care of by Nelli’s parents Ashot and Anait, who were super friendly, sweet and responsive. They answered all our questions and also immediately replaced the kettle that was broken. The flat is nice and simple, exactly as described, and also very clean. The location is great since the metro station is right next to the building, and there is also a local open market with fresh fruit and veggies. The price was more than reasonable. My mom and I are very grateful for our stay! :)
