I walked up to the big 2525 on the house, which was the wrong thing to do. The door to the Airbnb space is actually to the right. I did love the August lock on the door but make sure you download the August app *and* set up an August account before you get there if you want to avoid a delay on arrival. The one bathroom is accessed only through a bedroom, so your situation needs to allow for that. Note there is no dishwasher so plan to wash dishes by hand or, if you are lazy like us, buy paper plates. And bring your own ice - I don't think the ice maker works. There is a nice Brita filter in the fridge and the Keurig worked well. There were a couple of minor housekeeping issues which were easily solved. One of the comforters was stained and the shower gel dispenser was almost empty. Parking space was generous and appreciated, especially when you see how crowded the on street parking in the area is.

House is beautiful I was able to communicate with Eduardo with no problem very helpful.

Eduardo was very responsive before and during our stay. The place is just as it looks, and we appreciate that it was very close to where we were spending most of our time with family. The neighborhood was very walkable with a pet with many conveniences near. Overall we were pleased with this stay and for Ed’s hospitality.

Eduardo’s place was just right for our stay. There was plenty of room. The neighborhood was residential and quiet. The location was easy to get to restaurants and shops. Parking was easy and the kitchen was well equipped (even though we didn’t have to use it much). It also has a washer and dryer which could come in handy.

Eduardo’s place was great. House is conveniently located and in a quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.
