We liked the villa everything is private but we didn't expect the iced coffee is not free we thought it was welcome drinks and the bugs spray as well they didn't informed us... Anyways when we arrived with child and elders we have to stay outside the sun waiting for our villa to be ready... Bad thing they are cashless OK given but gcash and bank transfer not allowed these two transactions are cashless as well but instead asking our credit card info which is not very safe...instead of settling with cash which is far more easier coz it's just a small amount have to go through all the hassles! Somehow I would love to stay again in the villa if the bumpy road will be asphalt, have proper reception area and some considerations in their cashless transactions... Anyhow Charm is helpful and gladly accommodate us thank you

We had a very nice stay. Everything was clean and looked like on the pictured. Staff was super nice and took care of all our requests immediately.

This the place you need to stay when you come to Siargao. Responsive host and everything is only a message away. They are very catering to whatever island activity or need your heart desires. Amazing team and I will back in the near future.
