Just want to say thank you to all the ground staffs from the gate men, Mary the cleaner & other cleaners, Orga the tech guy and Ify the overall overseer of the property and the MD himself Mr Banks for making my stay a very memorable one. This was my parents and my first time in Nigeria we were looking for a comfortable safe place to stay in Abuja. Mr. Banks place was just that. One of my concerns was the AC and the light switching off. I have to say I didn’t even realize when the light went off and the generator came on which was a blessing. The apartment was always cool and comfortable. The apartment is equipped with everything you could need during your stay. Just bring your own toiletries. The road to the apartment is under construction but minor issue for us as the apartment in central to everything in town. And we felt very safe. There’s 24 hour security on site. Originally booked for a few days and ended up staying for 10 days or so. The host was very responsive to all our needs. There’s a manager on site and housekeeping available. We would 100% recommend to others and stay here again in the future.

I can't speak to the check-in process. My companion arrived the day prior to my own. However, I was told things went smoothly. The apartment is lovely and very spacious. It was close to the military base, which was great. Banks responded immediately to my request. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The apartment is lovely! It looks exactly like the photos - it’s super comfortable and spacious and the amenities listed are accurate. You’re also offered the option of having a housekeeper come in frequently during your stay, which is great. The hosts, Banks and Ify, made the stay well worth it. Ify very kindly sent some recommendations of things to do in Abuja, and checked in frequently to make sure everything was good / if anything was needed. This was very much appreciated! Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this apartment.
