really nice villa with a good size pool. location is excellent as you are only a 10/15 minute walk from the main town and bar strip but far enough out that u can get away from it all and chill. the villa it's self was clean with everything that's needed the only 1 issue I found was the hot water sometimes didn't last for everyone to get showered in are party of 12 but this did only happen twice over the 10 days. overall really happy and would definitely use again should I choose to revisit cyprus.

Perfect location so central for beach restaurants bars and supermarkets. Villa was amazing in and out had everything you need. Accommodated large family. Will definitely be back next year !!! Xenios was great host

Beautiful place, close to shops , beach, strip etc ( without having to drive) . Although I did not experience any theft and burglary, safety and security was questionable as there were no fences . So people could see us when we were sitting by the pool side (No privacy) But I will definitely recommend this place!!!

We had a lovely stay, as there was plenty of space, and its location is just close enough to everything without being overcrowded. As it was off season, the weather was not so hot, so we opted to have the pool heated for an extra fee. The communication was responsive. A couple of issues we had; 1. we arrived at the house around 3am, and there are 4 houses that all look the same, so we had to try the lock box code on two houses before figuring out which one was actually ours (lucked out on the 3rd try). 2. the hot water in the house is heated by solar panels, so if it's cloudy you need to push a button and wait 45 minutes to get hot water. This happened to us, but the button did not work, so we had to wait nearly 48 hours to get hot water. Although Xenios was responsive, we did expect better service (perhaps an apology, and some kind of refund). Other than those two issues, we had a great time. We BBQ'ed almost every night, and there are a lot of grocery stores close to the house.

This was one of our best Airbnb stays we have ever had! Our host was always responsive - we had several issues and emergencies as we were travelling with 3 toddlers and 1 baby. Also 4 adults. All of us hat plenty of space and our host made sure that all our questions got answered very quickly and also that we get help when it was needed. Thank you so much we will definitely be coming back in the future!
