Elegant and modern penthouse with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is located on the 5th floor of a building from the 1600s with a lift in the historic center of Rome. Elegant and modern penthouse of 90 square meters located on the 5th floor of a historic building from the 1600s. Accessed directly inside by lift. It is composed of an entrance hall, a living room with fireplace and dining table, a kitchen, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms (the shower in the bathroom with the tub is 170cm high) and two terraces overlooking the rooftops of Rome. The apartment has free WiFi, smart TV, air conditioning in every room, sheets and towels, washer/dryer. The apartment was completely renovated in 2021. All rooms are very quiet, overlooking Via dei Vecchiarelli on one side and Via dei Coronari on the other, one of the oldest pedestrian streets in the city.

Excellent location, very clean, lots of space.
10th Airbnb I stayed in over the past 2 years and my favorite by far. One small disadvantage, the 2nd bathroom only has a handheld shower. Apart from that, this is an absolute gem! Thank you Flaminia & team for a wonderful stay.
Beautiful apartment in a perfect location, walkable to so many sites and restaurants. It is very nicely furnished with quality furniture. The kitchen was great. Having the balcony was a plus. Another outstanding amenity is having the elevator open directly into the apartment. The only downside, and something that was not in the description, is that the second bathroom has an extremely low ceiling in the shower and toilet area. Access to the area via a sliding glass door is very restricted by a low doorway. Our 2 guests who are about 6 feet tall and who were using that bathroom, were unable to shower in that shower, and they had to use the shower in the other bathroom. This was the only flaw in an incredible and desirable Airbnb apartment, and one of the best we have ever been in

The Rione Ponte is one of the oldest in Rome. Rich in historic buildings, churches, antique shops, artisan shops and restaurants. It is located in a strategic position, close to Piazza Navona, Campo de’ Fiori, Castel Sant'Angelo e Città del Vaticano.
The apartment is well connected with public transports: it's 400 meters from a taxi station and 300 meters from a bus stop to Termini and other directions. At around 80 meters there is Nr 6 stop of the panoramic bus tour.
