Place is clean, beds comfortable, plenty of space, good parking spot, beautiful surrounding but a bit far from downtown. I had one issue upon arrival, the control for the garage was missing; the host had to come by to leave a key to solve the issue. Also, the water tanks in one of the bathrooms did not heat up the water well and one of the bathrooms did not have a curtain/door for the shower. Finally, although there is a clean up fee, the check out instructions ask you to take out the garbage to a deposit down the street.

Had a nice stay at Valentina's place. The location is quiet, the neighbours were lovely and helpful. We were there in early June so not a busy time. The apartment has the basics. The apartment is at least a 25 mins walk to central Courmayeur, downhill on the way there, so we tended to drive and park in the undercover parking lot near the school/police station. The parking garage underneath at the property is good (there is a washing machine in the garage also) and there is also some parking after the boom gate. During our stay we dealt with Marino from the property rental company, he was very pleasant, answered any questions and also brought around the crib and high chair for us.

Nice apartment with two bathrooms and bedrooms and lots of space!Perfect for our family stay. Huge backyard to let your dog run. Really nice and helpful people and a great view from the little balcony!

The house is quite spacious but it has some limitations: some furniture is old, bathrooms and kitchen should be restructured. Overall a good experience where the host did great to accomodate our needs.
