Well equiped space. Newer interior decor. Everything you need to cook meals in to avoid long waits at restaurants in town. Unit is right off highway so a bit of traffic noise making patio too noisy to enjoy. The Airbnb map showed the unit in a different location. Apparently all the units share the same address so I thought I was getting condo not right in the highway. Also the check in directions are incorrect. The garage is on the north end and the entrance on east side.

We enjoyed our time in Moab. The airbnb is very close to town and Arches which made it convenient for a quick trip. The kitchen was well stocked and the fireplace was nice. Our only complaint was dirty bedding on one of the queen beds when we arrived, but there were extra sheets and blankets so we handled that on our own.

This was one of the most beautiful homes in Moab, and my family of 5 had a perfect vacation in it. From the kitchen appliances, coffee set up, dishware, cutlery, to every spotless bathroom the place was perfect. The pool was awesome, the view was awesome! 5 stars! Would definitely book there again!

Exactly as described- easy to find and very clean. Fully equipped Sofa bed could be better but works for short stays! :)

Overall the place that we rented was OK. I was disappointed to find that when we checked in the following issues had not been previously taken care of - no Kleenex in any room. All tv remote batteries were either bad or missing. The battery cover plate was missing on the living room remote. There were no operating instructions for the TV, washer or dryer. The dryer had sheets in it left over from the previous tenant. The shower curtain in the master bathroom was short, so when you took a shower, water went all over the floor. The refrigerator water filter says that it needs to be replaced. The master bedroom window overlooks the next condos driveway. This would not have been a problem, but the night before we were leaving, some people checked in and proceeded to start and stop their Jeeps until after 10:30 pm. These issues caused me to rate this facility as OK. Would I stay there again, based on my experience, probably not.
