Amazing place. We walked to almost everywhere, only having to drive to Sierra Nevada brewery and to the Biltmore. This condo puts you right in the middle of Asheville and so many delicious food options. Lauren was incredible and always responded quickly. Highly recommend.

Awesome condo and fantastic location! So nice having parking as part of the condo. Walkable to south slope.

I stayed for a few days with my adult daughter while visiting Ashville. We really enjoyed this place -- it was in a great neighborhood, roomy, uncluttered and well-equipped. Was great to have a parking space in a lot right at the building. You have to you an app to access the building & a code for the door. Thankfully I have a millenial daughter, but we were never able to get the front lobby access to work. We did not always get prompt replies to inquiries through the AirBnb system, but were able to reach the contact immediately when we phoned about an entry problem. Would definitely recommend this place.
