Désireé was the most welcoming host. From the moment she greeted us we felt right at home. Her house was spotless and gorgeously decorated. It was so nice to have a place to come home to at the end of the day. Would 100% recommend to anyone wanting to stay in a cosy, comfy and lovely part of Utrecht :)

I had an amazing time staying at Desiree’s place. The house is super cozy with all the conveniences, which made for a perfect stay. The house is in a cute area with a supermarket close by, and is walking distance to the city center. Desiree was a great host. Always friendly and super quick to respond. I had to extend my stay which she accommodated without any issue. I would highly recommend anyone to stay at Desiree’s place when visiting Utrecht!

I stayed in this lovely house for a month and was always glad to come "home" at the end of the day! The backyard area is also a hidden gem. A very peaceful neighbourhood and a walkable distance from the city center - allround good vibes :)

I really enjoyed my 9 days at Desiree's house. It is an actual house and not just a property kept for rent, so it has all the amenities needed for a long (and short of course) stay. Desiree was really friendly and always responsive to my messages, even though she was travelling abroad. Her friend Bianca was very helpful during the check in and she gave me useful tips to make my stay better. The area was nice, 20' on foot from the centre and right by the beautiful Wilhelmina park. There are some restaurants around and a supermarket conveniently located close by.
