This is the fourth or fifth time we have stayed at 1808 lofts. It is a great value for a Dallas Airbnb. It’s clean and offers the necessities needed. Eric is on-site and provides friendly service and perfect instructions for arrival and departure. We have always enjoyed our stay!
we had a great stay at Steven’s place. Perfect location and had all of the things we needed to have a comfy stay. Will definitely be staying here again next time we visit!

loved this place its minutes from everything ,2 3 min away from fair park, 3 min from deep ellum! I love how it's gated!!! the bed was the most comfortable I been in! the host accommodated an early checkin!!! everything was perfect! definitely will be back!!! host was a 10 outta 10!!!

I'm Steve, the host for 1808 Lofts. I enjoy meeting new people in my travels for business or pleasure. I love exploring all corners of the places I go, the food, the sights, the hidden gems and even the touristy stuff. We love to travel, my favorite places are NYC, San Diego, Toronto and any place in Europe. I'm pretty easy going, open and honest about things. 1808 Lofts is our group of Airbnb units in a building we own, our location includes a cowork space called GoodWork, which every visitor to 1808 Lofts can use to work in and connect in the community of creatives and business owners.
