Communications with the host was very good before check in, as soon as checked In , I asked a simple question but he never responded, a bit unprofessional, so try asking your questions and investigate the flat as soon as you check in. The flat was not cleaned (we got there 1 hour earlier and the host brought this up as excuse.) However even after the cleaner came back and cleaned the bathroom and toilets which were in a terrible status and full of marks on our arrival, the flat was still very dirty, not hoovered and mopped properly too and we could find all sort of rubbish around the flat. The main problem also was very noisy neighbour and also a pub right next to the flat which plays loud music until 12pm so if you have sleep disorder and want a nice cosy place, then I recommend to stay away. 85 pounds per night so cheaper than hotel for 3 person, so the value was ok for us.

Good communication pre arrival and check in easy. Reported a few issues to the mobile number advised- no sheet for bed, not enough towels and door hanging off hinges - not a complaint, just a request and observation. No response. First night at around 3am there were loud youths from next door (No 6) running around shouting and doing drugs right under our bedroom window. Host was messaged again advising him what was going on, no response so police were called. They soon left! Whilst their behaviour is not the fault of the host it begs the question why were they in there? How secure are these properties? I had to provide photo ID to book. This property is part of the same portfolio and therefore to receive absolutely no response to any texts in unacceptable. We felt unsafe and to make matters worse were attending a funeral the next day so it would have been nice to sleep. Such a shame as its quite a nice place (inside) The outside area is disgustingly dirty with foul drain water and cigarette butts absolutely everywhere. I have given the host over 2 weeks to reply - nothing, hence leaving me no choice but to leave this review.

Great little apartment to stay at.
