Good set-up. Needed to be close to the Springfield hospital so it met our needs. Was a little put off by laundry left in bins and the dryer. Also, outdoor furniture slid very easily on a small porch with no rails and my mom who is disabled had a hard time getting around. When she plopped in one of the outdoor chairs, she was dang close to going over the edge. Also there was a electric cord stretched across the path in the back and that could have been avoided. If those little things were changed, it would be amazing. The listing should note there are no handrails for any of the stairs in or out of the house - would have been helpful for my mom to know ahead of time.

Host was very responsive to any questions or concerns. The house itself was very clean and of surprisingly kid friendly. Will definitely be making use of this house again on my next visit to Springfield.

Clean and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. Bed was one of the more comfortable airbnb beds I have been in. Fun rustic decor. Kitchen nice and open and supplied. We had a great stay.

The remodel of this house is nicely done. Very clean and cute decor. Furniture was comfortable enough. The keyless entry is a bit tricky as you have to push some random numbers before you get the full keypad to enter the code. Almost caused me a bit of a panic as I checked in late, after dark and the neighborhood is a bit sketchy. Dining, groceries & shopping options very close nearby. No parking on the street and there is barely enough room to park two midsized cars. Parking availability really should be mentioned in the house description. Especially since there are three full sized bedrooms. Need better checkout description as all the instructions seem to point to "clean up after yourself". However, owner communicates very well and helped us with our questions.
