We are equine and pet friendly additional charge for stable Where you will stay the Cottage is newly decorated with all the modern conveniences. This a studio area with one queen size bed. Netflix capable smart TV, enjoy cooking on the bbq, or kitchenette. We also offer a catered service and can accommodate for keto, gluten intolerance and dairy free. Please contact your host for Seasonal menu. For Romantic weekend we are able to offer champagne, cheese boards and dessert platters on arrival please contact your guest for additional prices and selection.

We had a lovely stay! Beautiful little cottage, clean and modern. The outdoor bath was perfect and the breakfast provided was great. Would 100% stay again.
Lovely quiet cottage and property with great amenities. Was a wonderful spot for a long weekend with our dog. The additional touches for breakfast, hot drinks and biscuits were perfect and the outdoor bath was delightful! We hope to be back.
A sweet little cottage to relax away from all the noise. Loved getting there in the afternoon and then made a short trip into town for dinner. Easily could’ve took food to cook at the accommodation as everything we would’ve needed was there. Lovely personal touches that made it feel homely

Me and my partner had a lovely 1 night stay. The flower petals and treats (chocolates) upon arrival were a nice touch. The rain held off for us to have a romantic candle and incense lit outdoor bath under the stars. Nice and quiet stay not far from our planned events in Palmerston north. Thank you for having us, would highly recommend for couples looking for a cosy, quiet stay.

This property is surrounded by farmland and is situated off state highway 1 it is central to Palmerston North, Wellington, Sanson, Bulls, Fielding, Foxton, Himatangi and Tangimoana Beaches. Forests and ranges close by, Scots ferry and many more. A popular equestrian, and motor sport destination with Manfield park just 15-20min away in Feilding, Palmy speedway 30 min and 3 motor cross parks close by, Flips, Taikorea, Gold Coast all within 10mins drive.
There is plenty of off street parking, including room for horse trucks, floats and campervans. There is no public transport available close by
