Honestly very value for money - love the convenience of having a lift in the building and the airbnb itself is also on flat terrain (something I've come to appreciate after lugging things over many hills in Korea). The room itself is simple but had what I needed for a short stay when I wasn't expecting to hang out much in the Airbnb. Location is very convenient and walkable to Hongdae, also felt safe as a solo female traveller. Having a water dispenser in the communal kitchen area is pretty great too! No frills but a steal for the price and the convenience of the Sinchon neighbourhood is unbeatable. Definitely would recommend for other budget travellers out there!

Location: Perfect. A few mins walk from a nearest bus stop as we go down the hill. 5 mins from 신촌역(Sinchon sta.) as mentioned. Facility: Free fridge. Washing machine there as well, has only Korean explanation tho. Nothing to complain unless you care much about bathroom. Surroundings: Two convenience stores nearby. Quiet area of Sinchon unlike Northern part of station where students hanging around at nights Fully recommend for those looking for cheap Thank you Yunho

Small room but perfect for one person, has all the amenities you need and in a great location for food, nightlife and train station. Yunho was very fast with responses, had very clear instructions and was happy to accomodate me for an hour late checkout. Would definitely recommend if you’re in Seoul

It’s really a nice and comfortable place to stay, suitable for a solo traveler and situated in a convenient location and easy to find. The place is close to 2 subway stations, convenience stores, restaurants and many more. You can walk along the park towards the Hongik Univ Station (Airport Line). Love that the room includes the washing machine, foldable clothes drying rack, TV, strong Wifi and mini pantry outside the room. If you need any help, Yunho will respond to you quickly. Thank You very much Yunho for being a great host. Overall, I’m very satisfied staying at his place and would definitely recommend it.
