One in our party checked into a hotel earlier this week as they couldn’t tolerate the cigarette smoke at the time. Another in our group had to process a lot of laundry on a daily basis. With the mould etc she then decided to not stay with us. It was really difficult to get by without a tumble drier, as was stated in the listing, because the laundry simply didn’t dry. Dennis very kindly went out to get a new drying rack because the one we had been using was broken and couldn’t be used properly. The bathroom and hallway lights didn’t switch off. This caused disturbed sleep for our young children. We had to get used to going into the fuse board each night to switch off the individual fuses. The first two nights were not pleasant but we tolerated it - kitchen patio door handle is broken - it’s a struggle to close it - kitchen cabinets are broken - damp mould above the cooker - a sewage smell is still present - both toilets still making water noises constantly, 24hrs

We tried to arrange early check in but the call centre were really unhelpful and failed to communicate an additional charge for early check until the last minute. The property was not clean with hair in the fridge, filthy pans and grubby utensils and cutlery and stains on one of the pillows. The oven was not clean and smelt when turned on and the kitchen smelt of stale cigarette smoke every time cabinets were opened. Given the £160 cleaning charge was extremely unacceptable. The place is in need of maintenance work including the drier not working, broken blinds, kitchen cabinets damaged, boiler leaking water into an electrical socket, large damp patches in the ceiling, the upstairs toilet stopped working and some mattresses were in desperate need of replacement. The house sleeps 7 but there were only 4 kitchen chairs and 4 forks. After multiple complaints via what’s app a gentleman from 360 came around to apologise and drop off a new pillow, frying pan and forks.
